Easy! White! Chili!

I have some catching up to do!  And now I’ve run out of my weekly allotment of exclamation points.

This recipe was good–though next time I think I’d only use one small can of mild green chili peppers.  I liked having a little in there but it’s more my speed to cut down the spice a bit.  This came together quickly, especially if the chicken is already cooked.
